Meeting Registration: 
Online Registration is now open for PCTC investigators and colleagues. Registrants who attend the meeting are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. 

 


Call for Abstracts (Breakout Session and Trainees Only Session)
All PCTC investigators, affiliated post-doctoral fellows and graduate students in the field of heart, lung or blood stem and progenitor cell translational research are invited to submit abstracts for presentation at the 1st Annual PCTC Meeting. Deadline for abstract submission is August 18, 2017.

Lunch Selection

If you have ordered lunch online with us, each lunch box will cost $10. A “CASH” payment for lunches will be collected at the time of registration. You will receive a receipt to redeem your lunch boxes. You are welcome to purchase lunch on your own at the campus cafeteria or nearby eateries. Campus catering does not assure Kosher or Halal preparation. We will provide water and soda free of charge for those who bring their own lunches.

 


Breakout Session Selection
The 1st Annual PCTC Meeting breakout session abstracts is now CLOSED for registrant selection.

A few key points to remember regarding the Breakout Session:

  • There will be a pair of talks in each Breakout Session Room. The allotted time for each talk is 30 minutes. Talks should be 15-20 minutes in length, with a 5-10 minute question/answer period. Two moderators will be the same room for both talks. Talks are usually presented in PowerPoint format.
  • In addition to giving a talk at the breakout session, presenters are REQUIRED to bring a POSTER for display at the poster session on Monday evening, September 25, 2017. Posters may be composed of the breakout session PowerPoint presented.
  • A poster board, 4' x 8', is available for your abstract poster during the Poster Session (location: S1.204), tentatively set for 5:45 pm. Presenters must bring your pre-printed poster to the meeting. They will have time during breaks to put the poster up for display.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the hotel listed below for the dates of September 23rd through September 25th, 2017. Please contact the hotel to book your room. Transportation to CVG Airport at the end of the meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2017

If you will be departing directly from the 1st Annual PCTC Meeting, please have all of your bags with you. We will have a room reserved for their safe keeping.

Shuttles will depart from Location S (main meeting building) to the CVG airport starting at 4:30 PM. 

If you will be leaving at any other time, please plan to arrange your own transportation.
